Refund and Returns Policy at Egret Swimming Pools

At Egret Swimming Pools, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth process, please review our Refund and Returns Policy.

You have a window of 7 days to request a full refund or exchange from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

In case of a delayed or missing refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

As the original manufacturers of our products, we conduct a thorough quality check before shipping. We notify you when your order is dispatched, ensuring a reliable process. Shipping Returns

To return your item, mail it to our workshop along Thika Superhighway, Kihunguro. You are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted.

The time for your exchanged item to reach you may vary based on your location. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
